i finished my first biathalon in 1 hr 33 mins today! 1.5km sea swim and 10km run! can you believe that?! i tot i'll need 2 hours man...

we didn't had time to train for the biathalon, but but but but still, i'm quite satisfied with my result...could had done better even i know where i'm heading in the sea. i'm like swimming zig-zag throughout the whole swim. i can't see the front swimming freestyle you know you know...think that explains why some swim faster using breast stroke.
