went to watch jack black's nacho libre at the new cathay building on monday, it only had a few shops open.
the show is full of craps! i mean really crappy, lolx. the show is jus for laugh, not worth the $7.00.
anyway, was walking at the adidas boutique when baby and me saw some really nice clothes. didn't wanna buy any, i was complaining that its too expensive...
and the very next day my silly girl said that she have a surprise for me. cheese macaroni plus fried rice plus the adidas tee plus some TLC.

23rd july was our first year anniversary.
maumau had a wonderful celebration planned for the both of us.
she brought me to wonderful places and gave me a wonderful present.
so much to say, so much to share.
i shall update bit by bit, lolx. here's something about the chocolate covered strawberry i tried to make for her. it was not as easy as it seems man, it gave me a big headache.

white chocolate looks really nice when melted, looks nice to slurp at uhx?

strawberry dipped in the melt white chocolate. nice color, and the white chocolate is really thick on the strawberry.

milk chocolate looks thinner on the strawberry, not as beautiful either. seriously i should be using bittersweet chocolates which are darker in color, i believe it will taste betta with strawberries too. sadly, i didn't mange to get it.

with the remaining melted chocolate, i made a bit of 'decorations'. messy? it looks ok to me tho, lolx.
now that's when my headache come about. i thought that the chocolate will harden if i left it there for some time, it didn't, it was as sticky as ever.
yes, i can put it inside the freezer, it will definately harden.
i can't left it outside for too long then, it will melt...
ended up letting baby had a look immediately i met her.
it wasn't too bad yet.
it still doesn't look too bad when its opened later; the time it was supposed to be opened.
but for some reason, the strawberry had become soggy, haha. it taste bad. bleahx...
will try again with the proper ingredients againx, hiakx!
