national service can really be a waste of time isn't it...if i'm not in service now, i could have being purusing my degree in some university now, or working somewhere earning a reasonable amount of money and not jus a few hundred dollars per month...it is wasting a lot of the men's time.
ns is always 'wait to rush, rush to wait'. always unable to manage time and manpower properly. i dunno about other units, i jus feel that a lot of i've being learning in this unit are outdated stuff, it will never come to use when there's war time! so why learn? all the dangerous real stuff are done by the regulars, so why have us serving 2 years? jus teach us whatever useful and important and i'll gladly fuck off.

were told that we might hafta set off for indonesia for 7 days if we're mobilised this weekend. ex. guardian angel. in my mind i know that we wouldn't be going, its jus some scenario. unable to cancel the lesson in time, so not giving a damn i jus proceed to attend my 2a practical lesson this morning. who knows i received that that that dumb phonecall when i was already preparing for the lesson. i hafta forfeit my lesson and go back to unit immediately lor. money wasted. time wasted. went back for almost 4 hours. doing things i deem unnecessary.
